Job Summary
As a Key Account Manager at Ferring India., you will be responsible for developing and nurturing strategic relationships with our most important clients to drive sales growth and ensure long-term customer success within the pharmaceutical industry.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for key pharmaceutical products.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within assigned accounts, demonstrating exceptional Customer Relationship Management.
- Conduct thorough Customer Analysis to understand client needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating insights into actionable sales strategies.
- Drive Customer Success Management initiatives, ensuring clients maximize the value of Ferring's products and services.
- Deliver Results by consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and business objectives.
- Utilize Digital Sales channels and strategies to enhance engagement and drive sales within key accounts.
- Proactively gather and analyze Market Intelligence to identify emerging trends, competitive activities, and potential growth areas.
- Develop and implement Marketing strategies tailored to the specific needs of key accounts.
- Demonstrate expertise in Pharmaceutical Sales, understanding the regulatory landscape and clinical aspects of our product portfolio.
- Continuously seek opportunities for Sales Optimization through process improvements and innovative approaches.
- Formulate and execute effective Sales Strategy to penetrate new markets and expand existing business.
- Apply advanced Selling techniques to negotiate contracts, close deals, and build strong partnerships.
- Work Collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Job Qualifications
- Experience in Oncology is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Exceptional ability to Communicate Effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Customer Analysis and Customer Relationship Management.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and Delivering Results.
- In-depth knowledge of Pharmaceutical Sales processes and market dynamics.
- Ability to Display Resilience and Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong skills in Market Intelligence gathering and analysis.
- Proven ability to Manage Self effectively, including time management and prioritization.
- Proficiency in Sales Optimization and developing robust Sales Strategy.
- Excellent Selling and negotiation skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to Work Collaboratively across departments.
