Role Title; Key Account Manager – Hospitality & Events
Role Objective
Own and scale high-value enterprise accounts across hotels, resorts, banquet chains, event venues, and managed events, driving connectivity + managed services revenue, deep account penetration, and long-term contracts.
Core Mandate
• Build Spiderlink as the preferred connectivity + digital infra partner for hospitality and event ecosystems
• Drive annuity-led revenue (lease line, managed WiFi, event bandwidth, temporary infra)
• Ensure zero-churn, high NPS accounts through strong service ownership
Experience
• 5–10 years in:
• ISP / telecom enterprise sales
• Hospitality tech / managed services
• Event infra / production ecosystem
Skillset
• Strong B2B sales + relationship management
• Ability to sell solutions, not bandwidth
• Commercial sharpness (pricing, contracts)
• High ownership, especially during live events
