Experience- 5+ years in B2B sales
Role & Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire potential corporate clients for luxury curated gifting solutions.
• Generate qualified leads through corporate networks, referrals, industry contacts, and professional platforms.
• Understand client requirements and curate personalised gifting proposals aligned with their brand and gifting objectives.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers such as HR heads, procurement managers, marketing teams, and founders.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules to close high-value corporate deals.
• Maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and account growth.
• Maintain CRM records, track sales pipeline, and prepare periodic sales performance reports.
• Represent the brand at corporate events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to generate new business opportunities.
Qualification & Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 or 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales in luxury, lifestyle, corporate gifting, premium merchandise, or related industries.
• Candidates with strong corporate connections and access to decision-makers in HR, administration, procurement, or marketing departments will be strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
• Strong corporate networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills for high-value contracts.
• Proven ability to independently generate leads and convert them into paying corporate clients.
• Strong client acquisition and business development mindset with focus on long-term corporate relationships.
• Experience managing key corporate accounts and driving repeat business.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and proposal presentations.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
• Self-driven, target-oriented professional capable of working independently and delivering results.
