We provide an ecosystem of Solutions - Industrial AI Software (Mt Fuji, Kaiznn), R&D Sensors, Automated Hardware (Elixa), and Specialty Chemistry. Our goal is to make industrial processes autonomous and sustainable. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will act as a strategic consultant. This role requires a dynamic Hunter-Farmer mindset: you will be responsible for farming existing accounts to deepen our footprint through aggressive cross-selling and upselling of our tech stack, while also hunting for new corporate partnerships. You will work alongside our technical teams to understand the pain points of a plant, mastering the nuances of the Pulp & Paper industry today, with the curiosity to apply that same consultative mindset to new industrial verticals as we expand.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Account Growth (Farming & Upselling): Deepen relationships within an existing portfolio. Your goal is to move clients from Chemical-only to Full Ecosystem partners by cross-selling software (Mt Fuji/Kaiznn) and R&D sensors.
New Business Development (Hunting): Identify and land new corporate accounts, using our technology-first approach to disrupt traditional chemical vendor relationships.
Diagnostic Consultation: Lead periodic site visits to conduct process audits alongside Haber's technical teams. You will observe shop floor operations, map out process flows, and identify where our sensors and AI can reduce waste or improve yield.
Domain Mastery: Quickly build a deep understanding of the manufacturing processes within our core sectors. You must be eager to learn the mechanics of the shop floor to provide credible, high value advice.
Adoption & Change Management: Lead the transition period following a sale, ensuring that production heads and operators successfully integrate our AI-driven insights into their daily workflows.
Relationship Architecture: Maintain a strategic presence at both the plant level (production/R&D) and the corporate level (procurement/head office).
What we're looking for:
Technical Foundation: A background in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering is highly preferred, as you must be comfortable walking a shop floor and speaking the language of plant engineers.
Commercial Strategy: A strong business acumen, often demonstrated through an advanced management degree or experience building complex business cases.
Consultative & Aggressive Sales: Proven experience in a role that required both high-touch account management (farming) and new business acquisition (hunting) within process-driven industries.
Intellectual Curiosity: A genuine eagerness to master the Pulp & Paper industry and a desire to lead our expansion into other sectors like Metals, Mining, or Institutions.
Tech-Savvy Mindset: Someone who is ready to move beyond traditional chemical sales to consult on the implementation of AI, IoT, and high-tech sensor technology.
Relationship Depth: A track record of building trust-based, multi-year relationships at all levels of a customer's organization.
