Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Hyderabad for a Key Account Manager. The role involves managing relationships with key clients, developing business plans to drive growth, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions, handling account management activities, and creating strategies to strengthen and expand customer relationships. The Key Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business success.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Account Management and a proven ability to manage relationships with key accounts
  • An analytical mindset to assess client needs and support business planning activities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Expertise in Business Planning and strategy development to achieve business objectives
  • Proven ability to handle and grow Key Accounts effectively
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the building materials or lifestyle solutions industry, is a plus
