JOB DESCRIPTION

A typical workday in the life of a Key Account Manager / Senior Key Account Manager includes:

  1. Client acquisition
  2. Business development
  3. Revenue generation
  4. Reports generation

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Key Account Manager / Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for:

  • Selling online recruitment and talent solutions to Placement Agencies, Consulting Firms, SMEs, and Corporate Clients.
  • Identifying and analysing clients requirements and proposing customized solutions for talent acquisition / branding needs.
  • Mapping client requirements and providing the best solutions to meet recruitment / branding goals effectively.
  • Interacting with senior management in client organizations and presenting products and services.
  • Managing complex sales situations and acquiring clients using value-based selling.
  • Handling the complete sales cycle and ensuring timely payment collection.
  • Conducting sales analysis, usage reviews, and product analysis quarterly.
  • Monitoring competitor activities and supporting counter-strategy planning.
  • Achieving sales objectives through selling, upselling, and cross-selling various offerings including branding solutions.
  • Driving both volume and value business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be a Graduate.
  • Must have strong Corporate Sales experience (Mandatory).
  • 17 years of B2B field sales experience with complete ownership of the sales cycle.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Passion for building a long-term career in sales.
  • Internet savvy with working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Preferred industries: IT, HR/Consulting, Media, Solution Selling, BFSI, Telecom, Dot Com, etc.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Performance-driven, aggressive mindset suitable for high-growth sales roles.
