Key Account Manager
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients. Act as the primary point of contact for all client needs, concerns, and escalations.
Strategic Account Planning
Develop and execute account strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Customer Satisfaction & Retention
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, timely issue resolution, and consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Revenue Growth
Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts, while ensuring account expansion and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Support to deliver a seamless and cohesive client experience.
Reporting & Analysis
Track account performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare regular reports for leadership. Leverage data-driven insights to refine account strategies and improve outcomes.
Contract Negotiation & Renewals
Lead contract discussions, negotiations, and renewals with enterprise clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
Market & Industry Insights
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to provide relevant insights and strategic value to clients.
