Description
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our most important clients. This role involves strategic planning to ensure the growth and success of key accounts while aligning with the company's goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to expand the company's footprint.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts and account growth metrics.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and discuss future strategies.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform account strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
