Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager with strong experience in the e-commerce industry to manage and grow relationships with key clients/brands. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, optimizing account performance, and ensuring client satisfaction across online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for assigned accounts
  • Develop and execute account strategies to maximize visibility, sales, and profitability
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, cataloging, operations, logistics) for seamless execution
  • Monitor account performance metrics such as sales, conversion rate, ROI, and customer engagement
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and pricing strategies
  • Analyze data and provide insights to improve performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution
  • Stay updated with marketplace trends, policies, and competitor activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Mandatory experience in E-commerce / Marketplace management
  • Strong knowledge of platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing high-value or enterprise accounts
  • Exposure to performance marketing or digital campaigns
  • Understanding of cataloging, listings, and inventory management
