We are looking for a results-driven
Key Account Manager with strong experience in the
e-commerce industry to manage and grow relationships with key clients/brands. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, optimizing account performance, and ensuring client satisfaction across online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
- Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for assigned accounts
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize visibility, sales, and profitability
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, cataloging, operations, logistics) for seamless execution
- Monitor account performance metrics such as sales, conversion rate, ROI, and customer engagement
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and pricing strategies
- Analyze data and provide insights to improve performance and identify growth opportunities
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution
- Stay updated with marketplace trends, policies, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Mandatory experience in E-commerce / Marketplace management
- Strong knowledge of platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing high-value or enterprise accounts
- Exposure to performance marketing or digital campaigns
- Understanding of cataloging, listings, and inventory management
