Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and key business customers.
- Understand client requirements and align suitable technology/service solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue growth.
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain accurate updates in CRM/CVR systems.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for long-term customer engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations, and product teams for seamless service delivery.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues and acting as the primary point of contact.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Ensure 100% compliance in CAF/customer documentation and payment collections.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate degree required; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or B2B Sales.
- Experience in Telecom, ISP, Technology, or related service industries preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales data analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
