About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow Cult.fit's business with Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle on the marketplace—from inventory planning and product listings to sales performance, marketing coordination, and partner relationship management.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in e-commerce account management, marketplace operations, inventory planning, and cross-functional coordination. They will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth product availability, optimal sales performance, and strong marketplace growth.

Key Responsibilities

Managed key Amazon, Amazon aggregator partners, Flipkart and Myntra platforms and maintain strong business relationships to drive growth.

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle on the marketplace, including product listings, inventory planning, pricing coordination, sales tracking, and replenishment.

Monitor inventory levels with partners and internal teams to ensure stock availability and minimize stock-outs.

Coordinate with marketing teams for campaign planning, promotions, and visibility initiatives on Platforms.

Track sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and improved product visibility.

Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and account operations.

Resolve operational issues related to orders, inventory discrepancies, returns, pricing, and partner escalations.

Prepare regular business reports, performance dashboards, and insights for management review.

Support account expansion initiatives by identifying new opportunities with existing and potential marketplace partners.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, E-commerce Operations, Marketplace Management, or a similar role.

Hands-on experience managing Amazon seller accounts, Amazon aggregator partners, or marketplace business operations.

Strong understanding of inventory management, sales planning, product listings, pricing, and marketplace promotions.

Experience working with cross-functional teams such as supply chain, warehouse, marketing, finance, and product teams.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, inventory reports, and business performance metrics.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce reporting tools.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in consumer goods, fitness products, retail, or D2C brands is preferred.

Exposure to Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, or aggregator partner models will be an added advantage.

Understanding of digital marketing campaigns and marketplace growth strategies is desirable.

Role Summary

Manage and grow relationships with Amazon aggregate partners such as RK World, Cocoblu, retailez.

Own the complete product lifecycle, including inventory, listings, marketing coordination, sales tracking, and replenishment.

Drive marketplace growth by ensuring product availability, optimizing visibility, and improving sales performance.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and account success.
