Qualifications/ Must Haves
Experience in Key Account Management and Account Planning
Strong Analytical Skills to analyze industry trends and monitor competitor activities
Excellent Customer Service and Relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Experience in creating Business Plans and Sales Forecasts
Knowledge of Learning and Development Industry is a must
Willingness to travel PAN India
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
Most Important: Should be able to do New Client Acquisitions (NCA)
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Key Account Manager role located in Mumbai.
Responsible for Strategic account management, demand creation, sales planning operations planning, pipeline management.
Market penetration for identifying the new clients and lead generation on a constant basis.
Developing business by acquiring new clients.
Managing the clients acquired and ensure there is a growth in revenue.
Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
Connect with the L&D teams of various organizations and generate revenue through the training, platform, and other solutions.
Generate leads via Calls, LinkedIn, Internet Research, Events & Conferences.
Identifying key sectors/industries for strategic long-term partnerships.
Managing entire Sales Cycle from Qualifying Prospects, Proposal Submissions, and Negotiations till final deal closure.
Coordination with delivery and operations teams to ensure the client's requirements are met without any delay
