About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our key clients. This role focuses on end-to-end account management, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth. You'll act as the primary point of contact for your accounts, helping clients maximize value from Convertway's platform while driving business expansion through upsells and renewals. www.theconvertway.com
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts by building strong, long-term client relationships.
Act as the single point of contact for client queries, escalations, and business requirements.
Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering a customer-first experience.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals to maximize account revenue.
Track key account metrics, analyze performance data, and share actionable business insights with
clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, marketing, and support) to ensure seamless client experience and resolution of technical issues.
Guide clients on Convertway's product usage, ensuring they derive maximum value and achieve their business goals.
Contribute to improving account management processes and customer engagement strategies.
Who You Are:
36 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Account roles, preferably in SaaS or D2C/eCommerce.
Proven track record of managing high-value client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and drive data-backed decisions.
Customer-first attitude with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
