Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and confident Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with high-value, senior-level clients. The role requires a strong personality, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to handle complex client expectations while driving long-term business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with high-profile and strategic clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Understand client needs and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
- Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
- Handle escalations, negotiations, and conflict resolution with confidence
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Prepare account plans, MIS reports, and performance reviews
- Ensure revenue targets, SLAs, and client retention goals are met
Required Skills & Competencies
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Key Account Management or Client Relationship roles
- Proven experience managing large, complex, or enterprise-level clients
- Strong personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to influence, lead discussions, and take ownership of accounts
- High level of professionalism, confidence, and decision-making ability
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing CXO-level or senior leadership clients
- Background in B2B, enterprise, or strategic accounts
- MBA or equivalent qualification
