Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and confident Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with high-value, senior-level clients. The role requires a strong personality, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to handle complex client expectations while driving long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with high-profile and strategic clients
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Understand client needs and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
  • Handle escalations, negotiations, and conflict resolution with confidence
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
  • Prepare account plans, MIS reports, and performance reviews
  • Ensure revenue targets, SLAs, and client retention goals are met

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Key Account Management or Client Relationship roles
  • Proven experience managing large, complex, or enterprise-level clients
  • Strong personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence, lead discussions, and take ownership of accounts
  • High level of professionalism, confidence, and decision-making ability
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing CXO-level or senior leadership clients
  • Background in B2B, enterprise, or strategic accounts
  • MBA or equivalent qualification
