Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Defines and executes regional / local account strategy, including annual revenue plan (KP) and target plan (TP)
  • Identifies business opportunities, steers business development budgets for agreed accounts and defined objectives
  • Translates customer's strategy and priorities into a joint innovation roadmap & advocate for reg. customer needs in HQ product/service decisions
  • Drives and rolls-out customer approvals and pushes upstream solution selling & monitors local market trends to adapt pricing or promotion
  • Develops and maintains sustainable and long-term relationships with key accounts, key executives and sponsors
  • Implement new customer acquisition plans for chain and prestige accounts & drive adoption of digital tools to streamline reg. workflows
  • Defines account-specific pricing, negotiating contracts, ensures fulfillment of commitments and implementation of commercial policy
  • Optimizes sales processes in country and leads junior KAMs & trains junior KAMs on regional compliance and cultural nuances
  • Develops and maintains strong executive and cross-functional relationships at HQ and key locations
  • Steers and supports internal resources to execute account strategy
  • Delivers target KP/TP OSG and PC & partners with cross-region teams to align
  • Japanese language preference
  • New Business Development. OEM Sales.
  • Geographical Territory North India (Delhi NCR, Gujarat)
