Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Key Account Manager (Manager) to manage and grow strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong commercial acumen, consultative selling skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions to deliver business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive long-term growth and strengthen client partnerships
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement
Revenue Growth & Business Development
- Drive revenue growth through account penetration and new opportunity identification
- Demonstrate a strong hunting mindset to uncover incremental business opportunities within existing and new accounts
- Own and achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets
Solution & Consultative Selling
- Engage clients through a consultative approach to understand business needs and recommend value-driven solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to develop customized proposals and business solutions
- Present business cases and solution recommendations to senior client stakeholders
Commercial Negotiation & Contract Management
- Lead commercial discussions, pricing negotiations, and contract renewals
- Manage Statements of Work (SOWs), contractual agreements, and scope management
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and contractual obligations
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management
- Collaborate with delivery, operations, finance, product, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution
- Manage internal and external stakeholders to drive successful project and business outcomes
- Act as the voice of the customer within the organization
Data Analysis & Forecasting
- Analyze account performance metrics, sales trends, and market opportunities
- Prepare accurate revenue forecasts and business projections
- Utilize data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and account planning
