Job Description

Purpose of the Job

The role is responsible for driving and scaling the NETC-FASTag Acquiring business on a pan‑India basis. The incumbent will lead end‑to‑end business development, onboarding, and relationship management with key ecosystem stakeholders including IHMCL, concessionaires, system integrators, and toll collection agencies. This position requires a hands‑on professional with deep domain expertise in toll acquiring within the banking/fintech ecosystem, capable of identifying new opportunities, building the portfolio from ground up, and ensuring seamless operational execution, ongoing performance management, and regulatory alignment across national highway tolling infrastructure.

Deliverables

  • Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with IHMCL, NHAI, concessionaires, and toll collection agencies to drive the adoption and expansion of FASTag acquiring and scaling of business.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ecosystem, negotiating and closing deals that align with the bank's strategic objectives.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure seamless integration with partners, operations & coordinating with internal teams to address any issues promptly.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure all partnerships and operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, mitigating any associated risks.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse the performance of partnerships and initiatives, preparing regular reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
