Job Description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who can build long-term, trusted relationships with strategic clients while driving account growth and retention. This role sits at the intersection of client management, commercial ownership, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage relationships with key and strategic accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high client satisfaction
  • Understand client business objectives and align solutions accordingly
  • Drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Track account performance, revenue, and engagement metrics
  • Anticipate client risks and proactively resolve issues

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in key account management, client servicing, or enterprise sales
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously

Good to Have

  • Experience in B2B services, consulting, or recruitment solutions
  • Exposure to contract negotiations and account renewals
  • Experience working with CXOs or senior leadership stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting
