We are looking for a Key Account Manager who can build long-term, trusted relationships with strategic clients while driving account growth and retention. This role sits at the intersection of client management, commercial ownership, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage relationships with key and strategic accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring high client satisfaction
- Understand client business objectives and align solutions accordingly
- Drive account growth through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Track account performance, revenue, and engagement metrics
- Anticipate client risks and proactively resolve issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in key account management, client servicing, or enterprise sales
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously
