Main Purpose of the Role

The Position Focuses On

  • Managing and growing key customer accounts
  • Increasing revenue from strategic/private accounts
  • Building long-term customer relationships
  • Driving adoption of Bajaj's professional lighting solutions

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Increase share of wallet across customer segments
  • Develop engagement strategies for strategic accounts
  • Create marquee lighting projects and customer case studies
  • Improve forecasting and delivery planning
  • Build strong sales funnel pipelines
  • Promote BEL signature lighting products
  • Develop growth strategies for high-potential segments

Required Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering OR MBA / PGDM in Marketing

Experience Required

  • 8-12 years in electrical equipment industries
  • Preferred industries:
    • Lighting
    • Switchgear
    • Cable
    • LT Panels
  • Minimum 3 years in Key Account Management
  • Experience handling complex projects/teams preferred
