We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce to manage and grow strategic customer relationships, This role is responsible for driving account growth, improving fill rates, managing customer escalations, and ensuring seamless execution through cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day relationships with key quick commerce accounts.
● Drive account growth through business planning and performance management.
● Improve fill rates, service levels, and overall customer experience.
● Act as the primary point of contact for customer escalations and issue resolution.
● Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product/Tech teams to ensure smooth execution.
● Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
● Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Requirements
● experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development.
● Preferred experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Retail, or FMCG industries.
● Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
● Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
