This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with key clients, developing business plans to meet client needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service. The role will involve analyzing accounts to identify growth opportunities, maintaining open communication with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives. Regular reporting and strategic planning will also be critical components of the role.

• Proven experience in Account Management and managing relationships with Key Accounts
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to analyze data and identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in Business Planning and implementing client-specific strategies
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with the ability to address client needs effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
