We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to join our on-site team and drive strategic partnerships and sales growth across key clients.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships within the e-commerce sector.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing key accounts and develop strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and support to clients.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize account performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events and client meetings, enhancing brand visibility and partnerships.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Have
    • Proven experience in key account management within the e-commerce industry
    • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales channels
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
    • Ability to analyse sales data and generate actionable insights
    • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
  • Preferred
    • Experience working in India's e-commerce market
    • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
    • Additional language skills are a plus
