We're hiring: Key Account Manager — HoReCa (Bangalore)
We make 100% natural, plant-based gelato that people cross the city for.
At 1.5 Degree, we are already successfully operating and generating strong traction in your city—now we need someone to aggressively expand our footprint and open more accounts. We're an empaneled vendor with India's biggest food-service companies, we supply 5-star kitchens, and we are ready to multiply our presence.
We need one exceptional Key Account Manager per city to OWN that city's B2B revenue.
What you'll do:
— Capitalize on our active presence in the city to open new, high-value accounts.
— Take our existing corporate caterer empanelments and activate it site by site across your region.
— Build and run a named list of 40+ premium accounts: 5-star hotels, cafes, caterers, banquets, and hospitals.
— Rapidly scale our existing city billing to ₹10 lakh/month within 6 months.
— Run a disciplined daily beat (4 field visits, CRM-first) — we measure activity.
Who you are:
— 2–6 years selling premium food/FMCG/dairy into HoReCa, facility management, or institutional catering.
— You already know cafeteria managers, F&B managers, or purchase heads in your city.
— Hungry for a target, allergic to fudging data, and comfortable being measured weekly.
— Own a two-wheeler and the will to use it.
