Enterprise Key Accounts Manager

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

Work Model: Work From Office (WFO)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Netcore is looking for a high-performing Key Account Manager with strong experience in Saas/MarTech and CPaaS to manage, grow, and deepen relationships with strategic enterprise accounts. This role requires a consultative client-facing professional who can drive retention, expansion, upsell, and long-term value realization across key customers.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of enterprise account management, solution selling, and customer growth strategies, along with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across Netcore's SaaS, MarTech, and CPaaS solutions, ensuring strong customer relationships and long-term business growth.
  • Own customer retention, renewals, revenue expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Understand customer business priorities, digital engagement strategies, and technology landscape to position relevant Netcore solutions effectively.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for customer stakeholders while collaborating with Product, Customer Success, Delivery, Support, and Sales teams.
  • Develop strategic account plans, identify whitespace opportunities, and drive expansion across business units and product lines.
  • Conduct regular Business Reviews (QBRs/MBRs), monitor account health, and ensure customers realize measurable business value.
  • Proactively manage customer escalations, risks, and renewal cycles to improve customer satisfaction and minimize churn.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer updates within CRM systems.

What We're Looking For (Non-Negotiable)

  • 4–10 years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Account Growth within SaaS, MarTech, CPaaS, Cloud, Enterprise Software, or related technology businesses.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or large mid-market customers while driving renewals, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and consultative account management. Experience across MarTech, Customer Engagement, Communications, Cloud, or Digital Experience platforms is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated commercial ownership with experience in renewals, upselling, cross-selling, contract negotiations, and strategic account planning.
  • Ability to understand customer business challenges and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, or a related discipline. MBA is a plus.
