Job Description:

* Coordinate with clients for scheduling Sample collection.

* Database Management Follow up with internal Team Members and Client Management To address customer issues and resolve them in a timely and efficient manner.

* Support reps interact with customers on a variety of channels such as phone, email, and ensure that all valid customer concerns are being dealt with immediately.

* Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation, and customer service.

* MIS Reporting and Data Management.

Note: Only candidates from Navi Mumbai will be given preference. Freshers are welcome.
