Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Executive based in Mumbai. The Key Account Executive will manage and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, onboarding new societies, achieving sales targets, and offering exceptional customer service. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to facilitate a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in client relationship management and customer service
  • Travel in field
  • Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and the ability to meet targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills for market analysis and strategic decision-making
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to challenges, and thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
