Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kannada Teacher, based in Bengaluru. The Kannada Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, teaching the subject effectively to students, and ensuring concepts are understood clearly. The role involves fostering a positive learning environment, assessing and evaluating student progress, and participating in school-based training programs and events. Collaboration with colleagues and maintaining clear communication with parents are also vital components of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Kannada language teaching, with strong skills in Lesson Planning and Education methodologies
• Demonstrated ability in effective Communication and fostering positive interactions with students, parents, and colleagues
• Experience in Teaching and Training with a passion for nurturing young minds
• Flexibility to adapt teaching styles to meet diverse learning needs
• Relevant teaching certifications or a bachelor's degree in Kannada, Education, or a related field
• Prior experience in teaching Kannada to students across varied age groups is preferred
