Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Primary School Teacher, based in Bengaluru South. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, designing and implementing curriculum, fostering a supportive learning atmosphere, and assessing student progress. The teacher will work collaboratively with colleagues, communicate effectively with students and parents, and create a positive impact on students foundational learning.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Elementary Education to design and deliver effective lesson plans.
  • Strong Teaching skills to foster a supportive and engaging learning environment.
  • Excellent Communication skills to interact with students, parents, and colleagues effectively.
  • Expertise in Education best practices and methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).
  • Experience in teaching primary school students is an advantage.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for shaping young minds.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage classroom activities efficiently.
