Requisitioned Position Title: Junior videographer & editor

Portfolio & Deliverables
- Lead end-to-end video shoots. You must be comfortable switching between a professional mirrorless setup for high-quality brand films and an iPhone for raw behind-the-scenes content.
- Edit fast-paced, engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. You should understand how to use hooks, subtitles, and pacing to maximize watch time.
- Proactively identify trending audio and challenges on Instagram. You don't just follow trends; you adapt them to our brand's voice.
- Handle color correction, basic sound leveling, and motion graphics (text overlays/transitions) using both mobile apps (CapCut) and desktop software.
- Optimize content specifically for the Instagram algorithm (proper aspect ratios, safe zones for UI elements, and engaging thumbnails).
- Hands-on experience with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and stabilizers (gimbals).
- Expertise in iPhone cinematography, including mobile lighting and external mobile mics.
- Proficiency in Adobe software including Premiere Pro (or Final Cut) and AI tools.
- A deep understanding of the Indian creator economy and what resonates with local audiences on Instagram and YouTube.
- A strong portfolio showing a mix of cinematic shots and high-engagement social media edits.
- You know exactly which 3 seconds of a 10-minute shoot will make the best hook.
- Ability to shoot and deliver a trending edit within a 24-hour window.
- Willingness to step in front of the camera or direct talent to get the best performance.
