Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US IT positions across various technologies.
- Work with job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify qualified talent.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements.
- Manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics.
- Negotiate compensation and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Maintain compliance with US recruitment standards and company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles (Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with US time zones and recruitment practices.
