Backend Developer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle — from concept to deployment.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions using Java technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver high-quality software features.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance optimization.
• Prepare and manage software release cycles efficiently.
• Continuously research and recommend emerging technologies and frameworks for system improvement.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology.
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in B2C product development.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Hands-on experience in Java EE development.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Proficient in Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate, JPA2).
• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Experience developing web applications using popular Java web frameworks (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC).
• Skilled in writing Unit Tests and working with testing frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and drive for delivering high-quality results.
