Work Experience -Relevant/ Total Years
1-2 years in aviation; if the last employer is an unscheduled airline- 1-2 years of experience.
IT Skills
MS Office, excel, Worked on Aviation Software like AMOS

Job Responsibilities
- Repair Order Lifecycle Management
- Create, manage, and close repair orders (ROs) in AMOS
- Coordinate shipment of unserviceable components to approved repair vendors.
- Track repair progress, turnaround time (TAT), and milestones until component return.
- Ensure repaired components are returned serviceable, certified, and on time.
- Vendor & MRO Coordination
- Liaise with approved repair stations, MROs, and OEMs for quotations, work scope, and repair status.
- Review and negotiate repair quotations, exchange options, and cost estimates when applicable.
- Monitor vendor performance against contractual SLAs and TAT.
3. Cost & Financial Control
- Validate repair invoices against approved quotations and actual work performed.
- Track repair expenses, warranties, and credits.
