Senior Project Accounting Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project controlling activities across assigned project portfolios to ensure cost, revenue, and profitability alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project financial performance and support corrective actions to improve project outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, controls, and audit requirements.
• Support annual audits by preparing and providing required financial and project documentation.
• Handle project setup, maintenance, and closure activities in ERP systems.
• Maintain accurate project financial data including budgets, forecasts, and actuals.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoice preparation aligned with contractual requirements.
• Support contractually required financial reporting and client billing submissions.
• Work closely with project managers to support scope delivery and financial tracking.
• Assist in monitoring project risks related to cost, billing, and financial compliance.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review.
• Support continuous improvement of project financial processes and controls.
