Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and distribution
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments for timely delivery of materials
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for cost-effective procurement
- Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Handle demand planning and forecasting to avoid stock shortages or overstocking
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels
- Monitor stock movement and conduct regular audits/physical verification
- Implement inventory control systems to reduce wastage and pilferage
- Track slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for efficient inventory flow
