Job Description

Job Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (on-site)

Key Responsibilities

1. Creator Sourcing & Database Management

  • Identify and shortlist relevant UGC creators (across both men and women categories) aligned with brand requirements.
  • Conduct initial outreach through DMs and emails to onboard potential creators.
  • Build, organize, and maintain a structured and up-to-date creator database, including: Name, social media handle, category, and follower count, Engagement rate (where applicable), Contact details, Notes on content style and brand fit
  • Track and regularly update creator status across stages: Contacted / Replied / Interested / Not Interested.
  • Ensure database hygiene, accuracy, and consistency at all times.

2. Barter Creator Execution & Scaling

  • Manage end-to-end coordination for barter collaborations (in-house or via agency), including: Outreach → Confirmation → Product Dispatch → Content Tracking
  • Drive monthly creator onboarding and execution targets
  • Track each creator's progress across all stages of execution.
  • Follow up proactively to ensure: Timely content posting and Adherence to quality and brand guidelines

3. Logistics & Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, vendors, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of creator campaigns.
  • Oversee product dispatch and delivery timelines for barter collaborations.
  • Maintain clear communication channels to resolve issues and avoid delays.
  • Ensure all operational workflows are streamlined, documented, and consistently followed.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

- Highly organized with attention to detail

- Basic understanding of content

- Proactive with strong follow-up skills

- Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously

- Basic understanding of Instagram and influencer marketing

- Familiarity with Google Sheets / trackers
