AMS Lead (Infor M3 ERP)

Role Summary:

Manage day-to-operations, maintenance and support of InforM3 ERP applications, adherence to SLAs and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-Day AMS activities, ensuring compliance with SLAs

Should have proficiency in one or more modules of Infor M3 ERP like Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse management, Sales Order Management, Manufacturing or Finance.

Knowledge in Infor's Edge products like Factory Track, Demand Planning or Scheduling Work Bench is preferred

Should be hands-on with Ticketing systems like ServiceNow or FreshService, plan release plans, especially disruptive changes released during April and November every year.
