Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Junior Resident to join our team at Star Dentistry. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru. The Junior Resident will assist senior dentists in clinical procedures, perform routine patient care, ensure maintenance of dental records, and participate in patient education on oral hygiene. Additionally, the Junior Resident will help with sterilization protocols, patient preparation, and dental charting. Training and development opportunities to enhance dental skills will be provided.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in clinical practices such as patient care, dental procedures, and oral hygiene education
• Organizational skills, including record-keeping and dental charting abilities
• Knowledge of sterilization standards and procedures in a clinical setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration
• A degree in dentistry (BDS or equivalent) with completed internship
• Commitment to learning and professional development in the field of dentistry
• Experience in a dental clinical setting is a plus
