Key Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 patient care in wards, ICUs, emergency units, and OPDs under senior supervision.
- Assist in diagnosis, daily rounds, clinical documentation, and discharge planning.
- Perform basic procedures: IV cannulation, catheterization, suturing, ABG sampling, intubation, etc.
- Maintain accurate clinical notes, investigation tracking, and handover reports.
- Rotate through core specialties: General Medicine, Surgery, Pediatrics, OBGYN, Orthopaedics, and Emergency Medicine.
- Participate in clinical presentations, academic rounds, and journal discussions.
- Uphold infection control, bioethical practices, and patient safety standards.
- Support medical camps, public health initiatives, and community outreach efforts.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, lab technicians, and hospital operations for seamless care delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- MBBS from a recognized medical college (MCI/NMC approved)
- Internship completion and valid medical registration
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and eagerness to learn
- Commitment to ethical, patient-first medical practice
