Junior Research Associate

Buffer and Solution Preparation

• Prepare buffers and other required solutions in the ARD lab as per protocol.

Analytical Equipment Handling

• Operate and maintain ARD lab equipment in compliance with SOPs.
• Perform calibration of pH and conductivity meters.

Analytical Testing

• Conduct analytical test methods for Human Albumin Solution, Human Normal Immunoglobulin (IVIG), and Human Coagulation Factor IX as per approved methods of analysis (MOAs).

Documentation and Record Keeping

• Enter data accurately in logbooks, lab notebooks, and DRS.
• Prepare ARD documents as required and maintain accurate documentation.

Lab Maintenance and Monitoring

• Monitor lab cleanliness, equipment hygiene, and glassware cleaning.
• Check and maintain stock levels of chemicals, solvents, and raw materials.

Coordination and Support

• Support other ARD team members in routine activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments like Downstream, Fractionation, and QA for seamless operations.

Training Coordination

• Act as training coordinator within the team and ensure training records are maintained.
