Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Manager located in Ahmedabad & Viramgam. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for planning and executing recruitment strategies, sourcing qualified candidates, and managing the overall hiring process, Joining, exit and Training Process for white collared employees. Key responsibilities include job posting, candidate screening, conducting interviews, collaborating with department heads on workforce planning, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. The manager will also play a key role in promoting company culture and establishing the best Practices, staying updated with industry hiring trends, and implementing best practices to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and hiring process management.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and candidates
  • Experience with talent management systems, ATS, HRMS, data analysis, and reporting on recruitment metrics
  • Knowledge of workforce planning, market trends, and employment laws to ensure compliance and informed decision-making
  • Ability to foster a positive employer brand and contribute to organizational culture initiatives and auditing them.
  • Proven leadership skills to manage and guide recruitment teams effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or recruitment are a plus
  • Prior experience in industrial sectors or manufacturing recruitment is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
