Primary Title: Recruitment Associate (Junior Recruiter)
About The Opportunity
A role in the Talent Acquisition & HR Services sector supporting remote hiring across technology, sales, and corporate functions. This position is fully remote in India and is target-basedideal for a proactive recruiter who thrives on KPIs, pipeline velocity, and closing quality hires.
Role & Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned rolesown sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer facilitation to meet targets.
- Proactively source passive and active talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and referral networks to build a strong pipeline.
- Conduct structured phone/video screens and assessments; accurately shortlist candidates against role requirements and hiring manager feedback.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS; track pipeline metrics and ensure timely feedback loops for candidates and stakeholders.
- Coordinate interview logistics, stakeholder communication, and support offer negotiation and onboarding handover.
- Hit defined KPIs (submissions, interviews, offers) and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for sourcing and candidate experience.
