This remote role is ideal for a performance-focused recruiter who thrives on hitting targets and building high-velocity candidate pipelines.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles: proactively source, screen, and shortlist candidates to meet weekly and monthly hiring targets.
- Use LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and Boolean search to build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
- Conduct structured phone/video screens to assess experience, culture fit and role alignment; prepare concise shortlists for hiring managers.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer discussions and candidate onboarding coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate and vacancy data in the ATS/CRM and produce timely recruitment KPI reports (time-to-fill, pipeline velocity, source effectiveness).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions, prioritise openings, and recommend sourcing strategies to accelerate closures.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 1-3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (in-house or agency) with measurable target achievement.
- Proven experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and managing candidate data accurately.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search for candidate sourcing.
- Strong candidate screening skills and ability to assess role fit quickly on phone/video screens.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, remote environment with clear KPIs and SLA expectations.
- Good stakeholder management and ability to coordinate multiple hiring workflows simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience with recruitment CRMs and basic recruitment analytics/reporting.
- Exposure to hiring for technology roles (developers, product, QA) or professional services.
- Previous experience in a high-volume, target-based agency or RPO environment.
