Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the end-to-end recruitment process. This role also involves maintaining candidate databases, building strong relationships with hiring managers, and supporting broader talent acquisition strategies. The Junior Recruiter will play a key role in identifying top talent to meet client requirements and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Candidate Sourcing, Resume Screening, and Talent Identification
• Knowledge of Interviewing Techniques and Recruitment Best Practices
• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Tools
• Excellent Communication, Relationship Building, and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to or interest in various industries and recruitment markets is a plus
