Role Description
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Junior Recruiter. In this role, you will source and screen potential candidates, manage job postings, and build strong relationships with clients. You will assist in coordinating the hiring process, maintaining candidate databases, and developing recruitment strategies. Additional tasks include conducting market research and providing regular updates on hiring progress to both clients and the internal team.
Qualifications
Proficiency in candidate sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking
Knowledge of recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and evaluation
Strong organization and communication skills to effectively manage candidate and client relationships
Understanding of market research and the ability to gather industry insights
Adaptability to work remotely and manage responsibilities independently
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Experience in recruitment or staffing is a plus but not mandatory
