10 am to 7 pm

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Recruiter. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates for a variety of roles. The Junior Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, maintain and update applicant tracking systems, and support onboarding activities. Additionally, they will assist in employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting techniques, including resume screening and candidate assessment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Organizational abilities to manage multiple job openings and priorities simultaneously
  • An understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Experience or interest in talent acquisition or human resources is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
