Junior Procurement Associate
Support the procurement team in purchasing materials and equipment for ELV and BMS systems. Ensure all purchases are cost-effective, delivered on time, and meet project and company requirements.
Requirements
- Help plan and purchase ELV & BMS materials as per project needs.
- Find and communicate with suppliers to get the best prices and terms.
- Assist in comparing quotations and preparing evaluation sheets.
- Make sure materials meet approved specifications and quality standards.
- Keep records of all purchases and track supplier performance.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Stay informed about new products, market prices, and key suppliers.
What we Expect from you
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, preferably for IT, ELV, or networking systems.
- Basic knowledge of ELV products such as switches, routers, CCTV, access control, cabling, PA, AV (BMS and Fire Alarm knowledge is a plus).
What you've got
- Good negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good English skills – both spoken and written.
