Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to the Director who will act as a trusted partner in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination, and enabling effective decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage Director's calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules with precision.
- Communication Management
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond on behalf of the Director when required.
- Meeting Coordination
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and MIS reports; take minutes and track action items.
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal teams, senior leadership, external partners, and clients.
- Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Operational Support
- Assist in follow-ups on key projects, initiatives, and business priorities.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure timely updates on key matters.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
- 510 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior leadership
- Experience in handling CXO-level stakeholders is a strong advantage
