Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Merchandiser role based on-site at the KGL headquarters in Faridabad. The Assistant Merchandiser will be involved in coordinating product development, managing inventory, tracking production timelines, liaising with vendors and suppliers, and supporting the merchandising team in ensuring on-time delivery of products. The role also includes preparing reports, analyzing market trends, and assisting in strategic planning to maximize sales and efficiency, also includes looking into sales with the sales and communications team.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Communication and interpersonal skills for effectively collaborating with vendors, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
• Basic knowledge of inventory management, production tracking, and merchandising principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with any inventory or ERP systems is a plus
• An understanding of or interest in the fashion industry and current trends
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience in a similar role or internship is advantageous, but not mandatory
