Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position as a Junior Manager HR, based in Kochi. The role involves managing recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, overseeing performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. The Junior Manager will collaborate with teams to address HR needs, assist in training initiatives, and contribute to strategic HR planning to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee relations
• Experience - 2 to 4 year in HR field
• Knowledge of performance management systems and HR compliance policies
• Skills in employee engagement and fostering workplace culture
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, including maintaining employee records
• Proficiency in communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving
• Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with diverse teams
• Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
